About Us

We are a small breeder of the German Shepherd Dog in south-west of the Netherlands.
We are a member of the official breeder club’s VDH and SV.
Our kennel name is coming from a small village Hildernisse, which was drowned in 1570.
There is only one farmhouse left of this village, farmhouse Hildernisse, and this is situated on a distant of 1,5 km from our kennel.

We started sporting with some Males in 1984.
Our first male was Gavik vom Haus Mühlenfeld
He obtained the marks VH3 and IPO3.

Our second male was Lloyd vom Matschenka.
This was a completely black male that also obtained the marks VH3 and IPO3.
We’ve got our first female in 1991.
Her name: Kelsey van Midden Zeeland
She got her VH3 and IPO3 in a very short period, walked a Very Good on a club match and scored her KKL.1a.
Kelsey was a contestant in many competitions.
For example 4 x Provincial training competition and 2 x Dutch Circle group competition.
She became the matriarch of our kennel and brought her first litter in 1994.

Our goal is to breed temperamentful, dutiable working dogs with proofed training lines.
In our point of view you have to breed to improve the species and not to increase in number.
With improve we mean the working quality.
The breeding of the German Shepherd Dog have to be done with much care and responsibility.
The breeding may never happen in expense of the working quality or the social nature of our great species.
The well being of our dogs and puppy’s is our highest priority.
Good accommodation, care and nutrition and a lot of attention for our German Shepherd Dog is very important.

Pups and dogs of our kennel are active all over the world. (America, Italy, Taiwan, Sweden, Germany, Belgium).
They are active in VDH, NBG and KNPV in the Netherlands.
In the past few years many of our breeding products were contestant in the Provincial and Dutch trainings competitions.

We hope you will enjoy yourself on our site.
